Confused... Buy a 800 watt hair straightener but not ceramic or a 40 watt ceramic hair straightener?

Will I be able to use the normal hair straightener or will it be difficult to use?

The 40 watt is princess and the 800 watt is philips!

Confused... Buy a 800 watt hair straightener but not ceramic or a 40 watt ceramic hair straightener?

I just bought a 800 watt Phillips straightener yesterday and I highly recommend it. It straightens your hair in seconds and leaves it shiny and smooth without any flyaways.

Phillips is also a very good brand for electronic appliances, I've been using a Phillips epilator and blowdryer for the past 2 years and it's been great.

It doesn't matter if it's ceramic or not. From previous experience, the ceramic straighteners cause a lot of damage, so I would go for the one with a higher wattage.

Hope that helps, good luck!

If I were you I'd get the ceramic b/c it helps protect your hair from the heat. Sure the 800 watt will give faster results, but in the long run it will also cause major damage to your hair. Look for a ceramic with higher watts.
