Qs bout the CHI hair straightener...HELP?

I got the CHI and I've heard things like u cant wrap the cord around it or else it will break. Where should I put my CHI and hoiw should I put it away so it will keep working for a longer time? Also, my hair is medium wavy so what heat setting should I use so it doesnt fry and damage my hair?

Do NOT get CHI. my family went thru 5 CHI in 3 yrs. Chi breaks within a few months and you have to pay $35 plus shipping to get it fixed.

Well, I just keep my CHI plugged in on my floor by my outlet, hahah. :] But if you order the original CHI online, or even buy it in stores, it comes with a little felt pouch you can store it in. And you can wrap the cord around it. I always do to mine when I go to like my friends house or something. And well I put mine on the setting about like 3/4. You'll know what I'm talking about when you get one, if you do.
