Cleaning a hair straightener?

how do you get dried, burnt hair gel, mousse and other air products off of a hair straightener?

Cleaning a hair straightener?

You clean a hair straightener just like you would a curling iron. I have always cleaned mine with rubbing alcohol.....comes right off. The you can wipe it off with a damp cloth.

use baby wipes and scrub off . then use a tissue to clean over :%26gt;

make a paste with baking soda and water. that might work.

it depends what the plates are made of. I use paper towel %26amp; windex on mine--its ceramic. don't do it while it's hot, of course. :-)

Whenever I get hair products stuck on my straightener, I turn it off and wipe off the products witha paper towel. It should work.
