eeeeekk. ana amazing one by far is the chi. its a japanese hair strightner and nothin works better your hair litttraly comes out as shiny and thin and japanese hair which they are lucky to have. but its about 100 dollars for the one with big plates which i use on my thick hair. but its worth every penny. i swear.

You get what you pay for. That's true with almost anything. The best cheap hair straightener that I've come across is the ceramic flatiron by "Helen of Troy". You can buy it at Sally Beauty Supply (and probably Target or Wal-Mart) for about 50 bucks. However, it's still not going to work as "amazing" as a Chi.

The best top of the line professional straightener that is affordable and works is Chi....I have one and it is the best....it heats really fast and straightens your hair fast....My hair is bushy sometimes too...and when I use Chi it becomes super straight....The average price for Chi is $100.00 which is not that bad comparing to other straighteners...but you can find places that sell Chi that is cheaper....or you can go on ebay....
