HAIR STRAIGHTENER packaging?

Just bought myself a straightener %26amp; dont know if I'm keeping it yet. problem is, i want to try it %26amp; if i dont like it, return it, but the packaging is the thick plastic kind that I can only get open by cutting with scissors. if i do this, i wont be able to return it. this is what the package looks like:

I didnt buy it at walgreens though, CVS. %26amp; youre not allowed to return open hair appliances there so i need to figure out a way to use it %26amp; return it if anything by somehow discretely opening the package? any tips?

I bought the straightener you have right now. It didn't straighten very well and by the end of the day it falls out. I would suggest the straightener called remington wet to straight. It goes all the way up to thirty and works really well.

Yea. I must agree.. Revlon is no good.. especially for straightening.. I buy all of mine of Sally Beauty.. and they always have sales.. I recently bought a Jilbere de Paris Ceramic Tools straightener and i got the Curling Iron for free. Paid $45.00 *tourmaline series is excellent *the red one* but you must keep it clean or it gets a burnt smell from straightening your hair so often..

Check the temp on it if it go's to around 200 Degree's or upwards they straighten very well, but thats very hot so make sure to use a protection spray with it.
